Janet is also a certified Emotional Intelligence Assessor as well as a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, Transformational Leadership Coach & DISC Expert. Janet likes to be referred to as a Peak Performance Coach using interpersonal skills and 360 degree leadership tools to accelerate growth and productivity in her clients.
Dr Janet is the Chief Executive / Lead Consult of JSK Etiquette Consortium an affiliate of the JSK Consulting Group with over 25 years experience in the corporate sphere. Janet started her career as a banker then moved on as a Financial Auditor working for two top accounting firms KPMG and Ernst & Young.
Janet holds a Bsc honours in Economics, an MBA and is a qualified Chartered Accountant; a fellow with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). Janet is an alumnus of Heriot Watt Business School, Edinburgh Scotland.
Prior to joining JSK, she worked at the Center for Public Policy Alternatives (CPPA), where she provided Human Resources and Operations support to the center.
She earned a Masters in Labour and Industrial Relations (MILR) from the prestigious University of Lagos , a bachelors in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin.
Rabi also holds a diploma in human resources and an associate member both from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).
Rabi has over a decade of experience in human resources/ administration and has worked in banking, branding, research and consulting .
Her expertise includes; talent management, training and development, career development, employee compensation and payroll, performance management, and budgeting.
He is a professional accountant with over 17 years cognate work experience that cuts across both aviation and consulting companies, with a demonstrated track record in accounting, finance, auditing, risk management, internal control and business management.
He is a highly experienced and effective leader who applies strategic, analytical, accounting and financial know-how to solve business problems.
Possess good communication skills with team spirit and interdisciplinary approach to issues in line with corporate goals and objectives. He has the ability to make excellent business decisions and support executive management.
